The heating of the preform is accomplished by heating the oven, and its temperature is set manually and automatically adjusted.In the oven, the far infrared lamp tube emits far infrared ray to radiate the heating of the bottle preform, and the fan at the bottom of the oven carries on the heat circulation to make the temperature inside the oven uniform.
When the preform moves forward in the oven, it rotates at the same time so that the wall of the preform is heated evenly.Lamp layout in the oven from top to bottom generally appears "area" font, more than two ends, less in the middle.The heat of the oven is controlled by the number of lamp tubes opened, the overall temperature setting, the oven power and the heating ratio of each section.
The opening of the lamp should be adjusted in combination with the preblown bottle.To make the oven better play a role, its height, cooling board adjustment is very important, if the adjustment is not appropriate, blow molding easy to appear bulging bottle mouth (bottle mouth becomes larger), hard head neck (neck material can not be pulled open) and other defects.
