Wax base

Paraffin wax: Most candles on the market use paraffin wax. Paraffin wax is a chemical product extracted from petroleum. The price and cost are relatively low. The candle has a hard texture, a greasy taste, quick fragrance, and black smoke.

Soy wax: Natural soy wax is made from 100% soybeans, which can be decomposed naturally in environmental protection, and is harmless to the human body, mild and non-irritating. Soy wax can burn 30-50% more than paraffin wax.

Beeswax: Beeswax is collected from the honeycomb, filtered, washed, refined and exposed to the sun. It has a faint honey aroma and is regarded as the "nobleman" in candles. It can be divided into refined white beeswax and non-refined yellow beeswax. It burns for a long time and has almost no black smoke.

Coconut wax and palm wax: The raw materials of coconut wax and palm wax are derived from coconut trees and palm trees, which belong to the same plant wax. The surface of the candle is smooth and delicate, with a low melting point, burning pure, long-lasting fragrance, and harmless to the human body. Some candles are burned and melted. Oil can also moisturize, and the price is slightly higher than soy wax.

Candle wick

Lead-free cotton candle wick: safe and environmentally friendly, not easy to generate black smoke, and it is more commonly used.

Wooden candle wick: Burning will be accompanied by the crackling sound and taste of wood burning, poor quality will affect the fragrance, and the falling debris after burning will also damage the beauty and reuse of the candle.

After understanding the above knowledge, you can choose a candle jar you like.
